Douglass Campbell
President and Chief Executive Officer

Doug is DC Systems’ chief strategist. He is responsible for defining the company’s overall product roadmap, growth initiatives, and long-term strategic plan. He oversees the management of all company operations and organizations, and ensures that DC Systems continues to build on its strong reputation for product leadership, quality, and customer service.
Doug was one of the original developers of the DC Systems RT Smart Grid Platform, now used by utility companies, large energy users, and power generators in North America, South America and New Zealand. He has built systems and software for energy management since the early 1980s, and has been instrumental in developing innovative products for the energy industry.
Prior to founding DC Systems in 1990, Doug served as Executive Vice President at Advanced Logical Solutions, a manufacturer of remote data acquisition systems and software for the electric utility industry. He also held engineering, marketing, and sales positions at several other high-growth technology companies.



Ralph Spaulding
Vice President of Engineering

Ralph joined DC Systems in 2004, after serving as an engineering consultant to the company since 1995. He was the principal developer of many features of the DC Systems RT Smart Grid Platform. He manages new product development, enhancements to existing applications and customization to meet customer requirements. He is also responsible for DC Systems customer technical support, and is the primary instructor for the company’s RT Smart Grid.
Prior to joining DC Systems, Ralph was the Vice President of Professional Services for Vizdom Software, and Chief Technical Officer of Enlighten Software Solutions. He also served as the Director of Product Development at Talarian Corp., Senior Research Engineer at Lockheed Missiles and Space Corporation, and Test Engineer at General Electric.  He trained in the nuclear power program in the United States Navy, and served with honor aboard the USS Nimitz.



Jordan Campbell
Professional Services Team Lead

Jordan joined the DC System’s Team in 2014. As the head of the Professional Services Team, he directs the installation and maintenance of DC System’s Real Time Smart Energy Suite. Jordan and his integral team members employ a wide variety of technical experience and provide outstanding customer support to our DC System’s family. Under Jordan’s direction, challenges become opportunities that are matched only by the attention to detail and the creative flexibility needed to insure success.
Jordan attended California State University Chico and spent nine years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. He has been awarded with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, and the Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal.



Christine Zimmerman
Project Manager

An integral and highly versatile leader in the DC Systems Team, Christine has established herself in the last seven years as a strong manager of the Professional Services Team. Unmatched in her skills of time and resource management, Christine has been essential in the delivery of an extensive list of on time and on budget projects for our valued customers.
With a background in sales, operations, and management, Christine brings a unique ability to transition seamlessly in all business endeavors and an exceptional ability to effectively communicate with everyone who has the pleasure to meet her.
Passionate about the outdoors, Christine spends most of her free time with her family hiking, biking, boating, and skiing.



Alexis Linton
Operations Manager

While DC Systems keeps the lights on for everyone else, Alexis ensures the lights are on at DC Systems!  She manages the day-to-day office needs, spearheads recruiting and HR efforts and works to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.  Alexis enjoys ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently and will be the first person to greet you as you walk through the door. Prior to DC Systems, Alexis worked as a project and operations manager in both the market research industry and investor relations.
She has extensive meeting and event planning experience as well as logistical experience.  Alexis graduated from Boston College (go Eagles!) and lives in San Francisco with her husband and two loveable mutts.
