Douglass Campbell
President and Chief Executive Officer
Doug is DC Systems' chief strategist. He is responsible for defining the company's overall product roadmap, growth initiatives, and long-term strategic plan. He oversees the management of all company operations and organizations, and ensures that DC Systems continues to build on its strong reputation for product leadership, quality, and customer service.
Doug was one of the original developers of the DC Systems RTscada™ product line, now used by utility companies, large energy users, and power generators across the United States. He has worked on systems and software for energy management since the early 1980s, and has been instrumental in developing several innovative products for the energy industry.
Prior to founding DC Systems in 1990, Doug served as Executive Vice President at Advanced Logical Solutions, a manufacturer of remote data acquisition systems and software for the electric utility industry. He also held engineering, marketing, and sales positions at several other high-growth technology companies.
John Roeser
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
John is responsible for developing new business partnerships, including industry alliances that expand DC Systems product solutions. He oversees all DC Systems sales and marketing programs and activities, and works closely with customers in the areas of energy management and efficiency for the utility and power generation markets. His role includes working to understand the unique requirements of each customer and recommending appropriate solutions.
John joined DC Systems in 2009, bringing more than 20 years of experience in key leadership sales and marketing positions in the Silicon Valley high-tech industry. Prior to joining DC Systems, he was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at GainSpan Corporation, an Intel Corporation spin-off focused on low-power Wi-Fi semiconductor solutions for industrial applications, including the Smart Grid. He also managed worldwide sales and marketing teams and held other executive sales positions at leading companies such as LSI and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
Ralph Spaulding
Vice President of Engineering
Ralph joined DC Systems in 2004, after serving as an engineering consultant to the company since 1995. He was the principal developer of the overall architecture and many of the features of the DC Systems RTscada™ product family. He now manages the development of new products, as well as updates to existing DC Systems products. He is also responsible for DC Systems customer technical support, and is the primary instructor for the company's RTscada training courses.
Prior to joining DC Systems, Ralph was the Vice President of Professional Services for Vizdom Software, and Chief Technical Officer of Enlighten Software Solutions. He also served as the Director of Product Development at Talarian Corp., Senior Research Engineer at Lockheed Missiles and Space Corporation, and Test Engineer at General Electric. He trained in the nuclear power program in the United States Navy, and served with honor aboard the USS Nimitz.
Robert Graham
Project Manager
Rob leads the field installation and services group at DC Systems. He and his team are responsible for the deployment of DC Systems' equipment worldwide, including software, hardware, testing, and support. Rob works closely with each DC Systems customer's site management during the installation process.
Prior to joining DC Systems in 2004, Rob provided technical support at JIT Manufacturing in California and several organizations in Great Britain. He has more than 20 years of experience in project and staff management, technical support, and information technology, including IT support for multiple remote offices.
