Intelligent System Manager

RTscada's intelligent system manager provides distributed system control. When the system is started on the server, the system manager handles the task of starting remote programs on the various distributed computers. When the system is shut down or restarted, the system manager provides an orderly shut down sequence across the network.

In addition, the system manager provides the system administrator with the capability to specify which client programs can be run at each workstation in the system. Programs can be authorized for run by authenticated users or they can be configured to start automatically during system start-up.

The system administrator can also specify user-defined programs which are to be started along with the RTscada programs. This makes integration with external programs a snap.
