RTEIS™ Enterprise Information System
Create an enterprise-level interface for all of your RTscada™ systems. RTEIS software acquires and consolidates data from underlying RTscada systems, and provides a framework that enables a wide variety of enterprise-related tasks. Several application modules are available to help you to customize the RTEIS solution for your specific needs:
RTEIS Application Modules
- Corporate System Interface
The RTCSI™ module provides a bi-directional data and control interface to other corporate systems (EMS, OMS, maintenance, etc.).
- Centralized System Manager
Use the RTCSM™ module to administer, configure, and monitor the health of all of the RTscada systems within your enterprise. This module also enables you to securely deploy configuration changes to remote RTscada systems.
- Casual User Data Server
Managers, technicians, and other authorized corporate users can log onto the RTCAS™ module to directly view data and gain secure access to the underlying RTscada systems in your enterprise.

External Application Connector
The RTEAC™ module enables you to use the RTscada communications infrastructure to connect remote substation and field devices to third-party applications such as manufacturer-specific configuration programs. Because it can run configuration programs from a central location, this module helps reduce maintenance costs.

Gridstream* Database
The RTGDB™ module provides a centralized repository for information about the types and locations of the Gridstream* RF radios within your enterprise. A specialized user interface enables installers to record radio device information, which is then merged into the RTscada configuration database.
- Gridstream System Monitor
Monitor the health of your Gridstream RF network with the RTGSM™ module. Health information is uploaded to the RTEIS system framework, where enterprise users can access it.
RTEIS software runs on standard, Windows*-based servers or hardened systems available from many manufacturers. It is a member of the RTscada™ family of products, which interoperate to power the Smart Grid—from field device to substation to control center—and integrate seamlessly with all enterprise systems.
